Registration or advance payment for service is valid for three months. Complementary services must be availed within three months from registration. Online Training will remain live as per faculty availability & time. And company will share platform & login information at the time of training.
You can’t share Id password or any login information to anyone. And you are not allowed to download or save any video, audio & images in phone computer or any place. And also, you can’t share to social media or any platform and if you share company can take legal action against you.
We provide a soft copy of needed material, formats or PDF for training.
Training Video, audio & images recording is not allowed in any live session.
One registration is allowed only one person to take training, if two or more person is taking training in one registration, register person is liable to pay fees with penalty or legal action can be taken and registration will be canceled.
Participant need keep on his camera during live training otherwise he/she will be removed from training and again can’t join, please seat at silent place during training.
For live session needed resource like Laptop, Mobile, Tablet, Internet, Speaker, Notebook or any other things arrangement by participants.
No any special session for individual person. Session as per availability of faculty & time. Company has rights to reschedule training or session.
If unauthorize person is taking training from your id password your registration will be cancelled.
You can repeat Training for 2 times as per company rule and regulation.
We are providing Android & iOS application you have to select only one from them.
Company offering app access to you for one year only from the date of registration. After that you can renew it by paying additional cost.
The app is intended for exclusive use by the individual who registers for training and related services. If any instances of multiple users or misuse by others are identified, the company reserves the right to terminate your app access.
If any hacking or other technical error found then app will remain down until the problem solve.
You are not allowed to record or save audio, video, image & other content of app within phone or with external device if found then company can take legal action on user or participants on violation of content privacy.
The company’s training office provides lifetime support as long as the training office remains operational.

The company offers help desk support exclusively during official working hours, specifically when the company’s Training office is operational.

An individual participating in online training will be granted access to offline training, where the training itself is free. Whatever food we are offering as per your package in stay or training will be fix lunch diner breakfast or high tea as per availability. It can be at training center or nearby Place, or you can arrange your own. All package service is complimentary.
Service provide during training/visit is complimentary like Food, tea, Coffee Stationary, transportation, Books or material and Export Import Data as per package.
Once training/visit confirmed cannot be rescheduled or cancelled and it’s not refundable or transferable.
If anybody gets sick due to any kind of food or drinks or any other reason Company is not responsible for any kind of claim or refund, you have to take your own insurance for health travel or any loss etc. Individual should get their travel insurance and risk cover.
Port/ICD/Air cargo visit is as per approval from the authority and Availability of time and other resources at actual expenses paid by Student/participant.
Video, Audio & image capturing not allowed in government or custom areas.
During any visit like factory port cold storage, we are not responsible for any accident loss or any dispute with government or any person.
Company is not providing any kind of transport and travel assistance you have to arrange it your own risk.
